Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving dental care or of booking an appointment.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at that number. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START or ask our team. You can also tell us by phone or in person.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or call us at (310) 553-2233 or email info@centurysmilemaker.com.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our messaging provider
Text messages are delivered through a trusted communications provider that acts on our behalf and is required to protect the information it handles for us.
Privacy
No mobile opt-in message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information shared by text is handled under our Privacy Policy and, where it relates to your care, our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Please keep health details out of texts
Standard text messaging is not a fully secure channel. Please avoid sending detailed health information by text. Call us if you would like to discuss your care.
Changes to your number
If you change or give up your mobile number, please let us know so we do not send messages to the new owner of that number.
