Our general dentistry visits aren't rushed. We look carefully, photograph anything we want to watch, and tell you the truth about what we see. If something doesn't need treatment yet, we say so. If it does, we explain why in plain English and discuss your options before any decision is made.

Brief health update — any changes to medications, health, or insurance.

Cleaning
30–45 min with a hygienist. Plaque and tartar removed above and below the gumline.

X-rays
Digital X-rays if due (every 12–24 months).

Exam
Dr. Esfahani assesses every tooth, every existing restoration, every gum pocket.

Discussion
We walk through findings with photos and X-rays — and outline any recommended treatment.

Your first visit covers a thorough exam, digital X-rays and a clear review of your dental health, so you leave knowing exactly where you stand and what, if anything, you need. Add a professional cleaning for a complete fresh start at $199.
Bring your insurance information and arrive a few minutes early. We accept all PPO plans and some HMO plans, and you can request an appointment online.
