Payment at the time of service
Your portion of the cost, including any copay, deductible, or amount not covered by insurance, is due at the time of your visit unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

- CareCredit patient financing
Financing with CareCredit
CareCredit lets you spread the cost of treatment over time, and promotional financing may be available for qualifying purchases, subject to credit approval. CareCredit is a separate company, and its terms apply. Our team can help you apply.
Treatment estimates
Before major treatment, we review your treatment plan and give you a written estimate whenever possible. Estimates are based on your examination and benefits information at the time. If your treatment needs change, we will talk with you before moving forward.
Dental insurance
We accept all PPO plans and some HMO plans, and we file claims for you as a courtesy. Insurance estimates are not a guarantee of payment. You are responsible for any balance your plan does not pay. Details are in our Insurance Policy.
Promotional offers
Special offers, such as new patient pricing, follow the terms listed with each offer. Unless an offer says otherwise, offers cannot be combined with other discounts or insurance benefits and have no cash value.
Balances and statements
If a balance remains after insurance pays, we will send you a statement, and payment is due upon receipt. Accounts that stay unpaid may receive late notices and, if needed, be referred to a collection agency. A fee may apply to returned checks or declined payments, as permitted by law.
Minors
The parent or guardian who brings a patient under 18 to the appointment is responsible for payment at the time of service.
Missed appointments
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to a fee. See our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
